I think it's mostly a vicious cycle of people thinking pvp is dead so they don't bother, while everybody is waiting for it to boom.

A suggestion to the devs though; maybe make the pvp sets cheaper in the mall so pvp gets boosted a bit.

It's currently possible to mount a flying mount outside of a city in Azeroth and fly in there while remaining mounted.

It would be cool if VIPs would be able to mount flying mounts inside cities so they don't have to do this.

Did you already scan your computer for malware? I would do that first.

This could also be a problem of WoW-Mania. Database could have been hacked. User details dumped and abused. They use software that has been used as an attack vector before so it's possible. (phpBB)

Use the WoW-Mania's Mall Teleport Stone. If you don't have it you can get it from any inn-keeper in game. At the mall you'll be able to spend those vote tokens and also convert them to Maniac Points which is another in-game currency for exclusive items and services.
