This means that your client is missing a file and/or is corrupted.
To fix your issue I suggest that you
1. Start your launcher as an Administrator.
or
2. redownload the game.

Re-downloading the client works. Thanks for the solution, great server, by the way. Wish more people play on WoW-Mania. Keep up the good work, cheers!
