Update to 2.6 and Redemption appear Offline

Hello there,
I download the 2.6 client and Redemption appear Offline to me, the test server is working!
What can i do?

i have the same problem here... i'm a new player , i would like to understand if the server is offline or the problem it's just for us... waiting for a response too

There is a simple workaround.
The realm is just shown as offline (dont know why).
Workaround1 :
Click on PTR, log in to PTR
Go back to realm selection
Change to english
Hit enter
you should be good to go

Hi, i also tried the recommended steps of downloading the client again, checking firewall, checking antivirus, connect to test and then change realm to redemption but i also can not login to redemption, after the message "logging in to game server", the realm list appears again... Can we have any help on this issue?

Hello! 3 days it shows me that the server is not online I downloaded a new wow I wrote the realmlist new and still does not want to take me to the server. please help
