Last time i had a problem like the described here it was because an addon became forbidden. (At that time it was LootCount).
So the first suggestion is to disable/remove all addons before trying to connect.

I try to log in and it says contact support ? does that mean ban ?

Deleting all addons didnt help, I just log in, gets my hopes up and "you have been disconnected from the server"
