Launcher Issues are getting rediculous

The last topic was locked, so here is a new post. I did as you asked, Janitor. I downloaded the latest Launcher and replaced the existing one with the new one. Win 10 will not allow me to run it without disabling SmartScreen. When disabled, it then tells me the file has the wrong configuration. This file is useless to me.
UPDATE: It seems the Devs did something to the Lancher code which makes it be stopped/blocked and auto-quarantined by AV scanners.
