Voting Problem

Hello i have a problem i have started playing here yesterday, i have keep voing since then and my character has 7 points only and now suddenly my account has only 2 i havent spent anything because i have been told to collect them for later uses.
Im opening each site alone while voting (i dont open multiple tabs)
and im solving every Captcha the Site might have for me correcly.
So what's wrong? what must i do so i can keep having vote points.
NOTE : i will be logging tonight ingame so i can see how many vote points i possess in my character's bags, but yesterday and before i try vote today i had 7
Please help me
