Raid Sets

Hello, i have very little knowlege regarding playing at higer level but thanks to the vip exp boost i managed to get to level 80.

Now i have a question that i couldn't find an answer to on Google, regarding tier raid sets.
Basically the question is can i use these sets only for raids or is it possible to use them for soloing as well?

Would really appreciate if someone could answer this question for me because i would like to get better gear and it looks like buying the sets at the mall would be a very easy way.

You can use them anywhere. The term "raid set" just refers to where the items would have come from or dropped, not where you can use them.
