Redemption offline message

When I go to log in Redemption shows as offline, and Naxxramous online. My daughter can log in fine, anyone have any suggestions? I reloaded the launcher, cleared cache, deleted WDB. Nothing has worked.

In case anyone else have this problem, what i did was open the WTF folder and then the Config.wtf file. To the bottom there is a SET accounttype "**" and SET realmName "**". Mines was deafult BC and Redemption for some strange stupid reason. Change it to
SET accounttype "LK"
SET realmName "Redemption"
This worked for me, let me know if it worked for u.

They just announced in Discord that multiple people are having this issue and they are working on a solution. They asked to please not make a ticket, message GM's or Janitor so they can concentrate on fixing it.
