Incentives for RBG and WG

The PvP seems to be one-sided back and forth. Maybe some other incentive would get more people in the RBG's and WG on top of the wow-mania pvp tokens. Perhaps frost emblems or uncut gems or MP. Just something to get pve players to try pvp.
