Launcher problem

When I run the launcher it always comes up with "Downloading patch-enGB-B.MPQ patch-enGB-C.MPQ" every time, once that is done I can run the game its says version 2.6.0 like it should but some of the skins don't work like my horns on my Tauren are just bright green and my goblin looks very odd, and for some reason I cant change the title on one of my chars. any help would be appreciated.

version is not match. i can only join test server but not Redemption server
i downloaded everything from the website.
version 3.3.5 (12341)

I have sorted my problem now, had to download the patches manually, for some reason the launcher was not doing its job properly lol

mi problemas es que me aparece algo apenas quiero meterme en launcher.exe y en wow mania me dice que la MPQ esta corructa que hago
