when i try to log onto both of my accounts i get a meesage saying they have been closed and are no longer available

yes i am having the same issue no reason my account should be closed if there is a fix please let people know i see no reason for this as i have never broken any server rules and i was happy playing on this server and allways vote to support

I also encountered the same case. and it's hard to accept that we don't even know the reason for that verdict.

The identical situation also happened to me. And it's difficult to understand that we don't even know why that decision was made.

I have this same problem, I just finished downloading the client for the first time and haven't even made a character, no way I could have broken any rules! Hoping there's a resolution soon, downloading took several days.

Hey, I have the same problem. I started the game for the first time on this server and I'm getting this message when trying to log in. Any suggestions?

I just got this message this morning. I have done nothing against the rules of server or discord. Any info to why this happened would be great.
Edit: Just tried logging in again and it went through
