It was GM Brontus (spelling?) asked for some reward after Server went down as high geared group was at boss. Very indifferent response. Not impressed. Needs to be some default reward if you closing server at random times.

How is following the rules and applying them disappointing?

About the "reward", this is a free server, you play for free, it's a wonderful reward if you ask me.
