Launcher Update version 2.3.8

After updating the client through the launcher, my client version is still 3.3.5. What do i need to do to make it 2.3.8.

Where can the new Launcher Update be found? It is nowhere to be found on the download page? A link?

The gameversion is WOTLK 3.3.5a.

OUR latest patch is 2.3.8.

Start the game with launcher.exe and check in the bottom left corner in the loginscreen.

Of course I've read the previous replies. And as I have stated before, I have used the launcher to update my client but still, version 2.3.8 is not showing at the bottom left corner of my log-in screen. What I can see is this:

I can play the game but I'm worried that there will be incompatibility problems with server and client communication if my client is not up to date.

I need help to verify if my client is updated. When I used the wow mania launcher for the first time, it downloaded some files. When it was completed, there was a message on the launcher telling me to check if client version is 2.3.8. When I checked the log-in screen i saw this --->Version 3.3.5(12340)(Release) June 24 2010 on the bottom left corner.

Your kind assistance will be appreciated.

My launcher updated to 2.3.8 and shows up on log in page as correct. When I log in I can't see anyone except I could see GM Weeble during last event.
I have exited and deleted cache several times. Do I download patch on downloads page even though it's an old patch?

Update on not being able to see npc's or anyone. It happened after a glitch with the quest "The Hunter and The Prince"
in Icecrown. What I did was to fly high and dismount so I could kill myself. After I rezed I could see npc's and everyone again
So it wasn't a launcher problem just a glitch.
