Unable to connect

Hi, the website says the server is up, however I am unable to connect.
Is it an issue on my end or is the server not working properly and it just isnt reflected on the status part of the website?

You can't reset your username only your password.
Please contact Janitor with info, email of the account, country etc... to see what he can do for you.
