Dunno if this post is still live though I don't see a mention of farie fire. Use that for better aggro gains when your mangle is on cd. Don't let lacerate drop. Ifyou are confident in your survival skills you can grab a dps trinket (like dbw) to help you with aggro.

Most of the books is trash imho. There are some good ones (slightly above mediocre fantasy, good quick read) but others are dull and basically waste of time. But ofc depends on your expectations and demands, if you care only about the story or also character arc or written style.

Handy guide for starters pve arms. Although at lesser quality eq I would not be afraid to pick up unbridled wrath for a bit better rage income.
