You can download several addons that can help with finding quests that you haven't previously completed, such as EveryQuest or Carbonite.

Can I suggest it would be far better to simply remove the SM armory from the dungeon queue? and easier.
Much easier as all that would be is a config change, rather than a code change
This also keeps it blizzlike for manually formed groups and keeps it blizzlike for those doing loremaster.

you need to type /join world

This is (was) Blizzard-like, you can buy the Tome at level 68 with another toon. (Not 70 as stated above.)

They are awarded automatically, however the levels they are awarded at now starts at level 20, to prevent some exploit abuse that was happening.
Overall you will get the same amount on your total journey to level 80.
