Ahh, try talking to the quest giver again, sometimes they give you another Symbol of Life. If not maybe check your bank or bags, sometimes it hides there. If nothing works, u might need a GM ticket.

Maybe try a simple one like /script print(GetZoneText()) and see if that prints anything. If that works, the issue might be with how the client handles the map API.
