You will need to get the newest launcher now from the 2.9.9 patch on the downloads page Just delete the old launcher in your mania folder and replace it with the new launcher...

Yes Janitor has disabled the Russian version of WoW for now because of some issues.
For now we suggest using just the EN version in meantime.
