How to change XP-rate

Hey guys!
Startet playing recently and I'm enjoying it quite a lot so far!
If I understood that correctly, it should be possible to switch between 1x-XP and 2x-XP. The thing is... I don't now how. By default it should be 2x, right? Especially now with the Double-XP-Weekend, I'm leveling way too fast and I'd like to set the XP-rate to 1x.
And since we are talking about it already: Can I change the rate again later? In case I'd like to reset it to 2x?

So for everyone who was struggling with this issue as well: I found the solution.

Use the "WoW-Mania's Mall Teleport Stone" to go to the mall. There is a goblin among the merchants who goes by the name "Shortstuff Maniac". Talk to him, he - allegedly - will set the XP-Rate to 1x, 2x or - for VIP only - 4x or 6x.

I have done that, but not tested yet, wether my xp-rate was set to the proper value. During Double-XP-Weekend it will be a little bit difficult to tell the difference.

Yes, you can switch between 1x-XP and 2x-XP speeds in many games, especially if they offer adjustable experience gain settings.
