New User - Can't login : Disconnected from server (Except on Naxxramas)

Hi Guys,

I've created on account on WoW Mania but I can't login on "Redemption" realm : Disconnected from the server.

It's working on "Naxxramas" Realm.. :!:
An idea of the root cause?
