So many questions, no answers

Dear all,

I have been playing quite actively and then I stoped for some time.
Now, after some weeks / months I tried to log in and the login screen for the launcher tells me:

1. Account is no longer active.

Ok, I come here to the Forum and check how to re-activate an older account. It says, restart the launcher. So I do. Now I have

2. Account is banned.

:D Comon guys. What is it then? :) Please tell me how can I log into an account. I understand that these notifications are just random here as I have neither been playing nor sharing nor am I in the age anymore to even want to play fulltime so let me get back to my once a month world of warcraft experience <3

Anyone willing to give me a reply, why my account is suddenly inactive, then banned, then locked? :D

I'm in the same boat. Super casual player and now my account is locked...time to try another server. :cry:
