Can anyone help me?

the control of my guild is not playin anymore
and he closed the bank for everyone

whom can i talk to fix that?

Please make an in game ticket, by clicking on the red question mark and then clicking on talk to a GM

Check if your game has a guild support system that allows you to report inactive guild leaders or request a guild leadership transfer after a certain period of inactivity.
