Is the worldserver down ?

It looks like Redemption login server is up,but i cannot login apparently,is the world server down,or it's something else not working on my client patch? Tried for the last half an hour....Thank you

Server status shows it as offline. And it has been more than 30 minutes now.
Still down for me. Anyone else?
