Just wanted to drop a note to say "Great Player Support!'.
My Buddy and I were not able to complete a quest (for whatever reason) and I dropped a ticket in game. (not even sure if that was the proper place) I was checking the GitHub (didn't see one for this issue) when a GM chatted back and fixed the issue> All of that was inside 5 minutes. I am sure not all tickets can be handled that way, but it does show activity, willingness and dedication in the support staff.
I even got a joke out of the deal!
